Website is going to utilize mainly API for the following:

Avatar

Withdraw
I want to create a Crash gambling game with a chat on the side.
I want the chat to have the following:
Badges (That change the more you gamble/win)
Avatar with username
Commands (Examples: /rain /mute /tip etc...)
I only want 1 chat room that everyone will chat in.
I have a domain and hosting, but that is it. Looking for a max budget of $500, I can provide some GFX/Assets. You will need to set up the website, as I have minimal experience with websites.
I have been told this can be done with Python/React although most are using PHP. I am open for a discussion on what we should use. Please be English speaking and understand what I am looking for.
