Accounting/Bookkeeper
Looking for a reliable and dependable bookkeeper or someone with a team (that you work with not personally managed). We have worked with a few bookkeepers on Freelancer and the quality has varied, some poor quality and some good. We will need work on a monthly basis and will be interviewing those that qualify.
Project: You will work on Quickbooks. We run 2 entities on the platform which you will manage and any accounting between both entities. In addition to monthly revenue and expenses in Quickbooks, I would like you to manage the following:
1. monthly reporting of the consolidate entities on a google sheet to be produced monthly based on each entity
2. monthly expense tracking by client in quickbooks and reported in the monthly google sheet
3. tracking our monthly forecast against actual results in quick books
all templates have been created and can be shown.
Having a bookkeeping and accounting / CPA background is a preferred.
