The candidate will interact with high profile clients and draft applications for patents or other intellectual property matters; conduct research to support or defend claims; evaluate claims that are subject to intellectual property litigation; may locate and prepare expert witnesses for trial; may prepare written discovery and responses to discovery. Must have Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Physics. Must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent Office or be Patent Bar eligible. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
