Job Description:

What’s the role?

This is an ideal role if you are a communications professional who excel at creating exceptional content as a means for helping staff understand the business strategy, and helping leaders connect effectively with employees to strengthen engagement and drive a high-performance culture.

You will be part of Shell’s Internal Communications Department (“IC Centre of Excellence”), an integrated global team of over 100 IC professionals (with hubs in Houston, London, The Hague and Krakow), established to develop and execute Shell’s internal communications strategy.
