Contracts Coordinator
The candidate will work collaboratively with the Procurement Services team, legal, IT, internal customers, and contractors to provide consistent processing of procurement contracts in accordance with USNH policies and procedures and good business practices. Must have 2+ years experience. Experience drafting and reviewing, a variety of procurement contracts at a medium- to large-sized and/or complex organization with focus on business terms and attention to detail is required. Should have strong organizational and process management skills. Must have excellent writing and proofreading with ability to write clearly to a variety of audiences. Should have strong technology skills including contracts software, Word, Adobe, Excel, presentation software, reporting software, and electronic communications. Must be able to work independently, effectively prioritize among competing priorities, and take initiative when appropriate. Should have experience in data analysis. Must have basic knowledge of accounting principles as they related to procurement. Paralegal certification is required. Should have experience in higher education. Should have experience in procurement sourcing and operations.
