Senior Coordinator - Marketing and Communications
The candidate serves as part of the Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team, reporting to the Manager, Marketing & Communications. Creates, implements, disseminates, and analyzes communication programs that effectively describe and promote the firm including, creative services, marketing materials, branding guidelines, rankings and directories, and digital marketing efforts. Coordinates fulfillment of pitch requests utilizing the firm's presentation/proposal tool. Assists firm submissions to key rankings and directories. Coordinates and fulfills social media postings and campaigns using the firm's digital tools, including developing social media graphics. Compiles analytics to report on the effectives of communication campaigns and products. Coordinates traffic requests for creative design. Assists in the development of content to post to the firm's website. Supports communication products relating to the firm's virtual event platform and in-person events. Supports the firm's virtual webinar platform. Coordinates marcom projects as requested by the marcom manager. Should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism or a related field or Law. Must have 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services organization. Should be adept in marketing technologies, including Vuture, ClearView Social, CRM, or Foundations.
