Here are some facts about us!
- We are flexible to finding a schedule that will work with your personal and other work schedules.
- We can help you obtain your CNA certification!
- We are non-medical so we don't work with administering meds, wound care, or other medical needs. This allows for us to work with clients that aren't very difficult to work with versus a skilled nursing facility that can be a lot more demanding.
- Our client to CNA ratio is always 1:1. You will only ever work with one client in their home at a time.
- 80% of our clients are seen for only 1 hour each visit. This means you will see a few clients a day for only about 1 hour each and it creates a 3-4 hour work day each day.
Job duties include:
- Skin care maintenance
- Assist with toileting
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and other personal hygiene necessities
- Turning and positioning of the client
- Monitoring and reporting changes in the client status to the Client Care Coordinator(s)
- Clocking in and out using our app on your phone
- Dressing and undressing the client
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Must be, at least, eighteen (18) years of age or older.
- Must be able to provide services according to the care plan of the client.
- Excellent customer service and listening skills.
- Ability to read and write clear English.
- Able to pass background checks
- Able to pass drug screening
- Current drivers’ license
- Valid I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification documents
- Valid vehicle insurance coverage and registration
