Job Summary:

The MRP schedules work both internally and externally from receipt of product and prepares for production.

Roles and Responsibilities:


Performs detailed planning / scheduling activities for compliance contract requirements and internal reporting analysis requirements.
Assist Project Coordinator and CSC in preparation of all Project and RGR reports including but not limited to scheduling updates and analysis, progress reporting and various internal and external reporting for management.
Participate in Office Daily Management ODM
Overseeing projects through analysis of available materials, capacity, capability, product cycle time, etc. to determine future requirements for maintaining inventory levels / stockings programs and/or customer requirements and interfacing with applicable personnel involved with inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality.
If Required, create Stock Transfer Orders between facilities
Maintain and update system data
Maintain Material Data IE: Material masters, plant BOMs and routings
Create assembly work order process routings in projects and RGR
Act as liaison between field locations, inside sales and manufacturing for expediting shipments.
Follow all HSE and Quality processes
Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Minimum Job Qualifications:


High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Minimum of 2 years work experience in project business
Proficiente with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows based software packages (or similar products)
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
