At Pure we are building a world-class People Analytics function. Our mission is to drive evidence-based decision making throughout Pure with our unique blend of HR expertise, knowledge from diverse disciplines (sociology, i/o psychology, economics) and strong statistical/data science skills.
We are looking to add a strong customer-facing consultant to the team. You will be primarily responsible for building customer relationships for core parts of the organization, both inside and outside of HR to independently 1) identify, prioritize and execute analytics projects with high business impact, 2) drive adoption and increased value of our people analytics suite through your client groups.
What You Will Be Doing
Work with stakeholders (business leaders and HR leads) to understand key organizational questions/needs and define an analytics strategy to inform important business decisions
Work with stakeholders on defining requirements, communicate progress and collect continuous feedback for expanding our analytics and data reporting suite to inform our agile development path and drive data-driven decision making
Execute analytics projects from conceptualization through insight delivery including data gathering, data munging, statistical analysis and insight delivery
What We
Need
You To Bring To The Team
7
years of experience in a consultative or customer facing HR analytics role
Strong statistical and data skills with the ability to lead an analytics project from identification to ideation to execution
Strong HR background with demonstrated ability to mentor other team members in developing HR and organizational science expertise.
Executive-level consultation and presentation
Able to project manage and prioritize to deliver high quality results across multiple projects.
Education: Master’s Degree or equivalent experience/expertise

Experience interfacing with Finance on headcount and workforce planning

An existing, strong data warehouse and reporting infrastructure for which
you aren’t operationally
responsible. We use OneModel and it currently brings together Workday, Greenhouse, Glint data all at an individual level with over 3 years of data. It is run and supported very capably by other members of the team leaving you free to focus on leveraging the infrastructure for consulting and impact.
