Job Summary

Responsible for partnering with assigned client organizations and Human Resources team(s) to ensure strategies and initiatives are met. Coordinates recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation and employee relations activities to maximize employee resources. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in the development and meeting of departmental budget.

Job Description

This strategic role will help lead the Human Resources Vendor Management and Operations team. You will work directly with the HR Technical leadership team to ensure strategies and related initiatives are supported. You will be a primary part of telling the HR Tech Value Story through data driven story telling. You will also support broad HR Technical strategies by partnering internally within HRDTS as well as externally with Finance, Procurement, and others. Excel and PowerPoint skills desired.

Core Responsibilities


Collaborates cross-functionally to understand and optimize process for incoming technical work as well as working with internal partners to codify processes.
Approach all work through an experience-focused lens keeping internal partnerships and collaboration top of mind when defining internal operations processes.
Leads projects of major importance to overall business operations. Works with various senior managers and leaders to lay out project guidelines.
Leads with empathy and exhibits a consultative approach to help organize solutions to business problems.
Aids in the evaluation of outside service providers or contractors; helps to provide direction in the development of tailored services; participates in contract terms and condition negotiations.
Work with internal partners to understand metrics related to technical and functional work. Work with specific tools to create documentation that tells the HR Technical story.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
