CNA’s will assist in the following ways, but not limited to:
· personal cares
· medication administration / reminders
· lifting / transferring assistance
· ADL’s and IADLS
· meals
What we offer:
· 1 to 1 ratio for caregiver / client
· Paid Training/Job Shadow/Bonuses*
· $17 per hour starting or more depending on experience
· Wage raises pending annual review
· Flexible scheduling!
o Part-time, Full-time, Days, Evenings, Overnights and Weekends
· Paid training opportunities online and training / job shadowing in real shifts
· Paid continuing education units
· Direct deposit
· Mileage reimbursement between same day cases
· $250 referral bonus for caregivers, after they complete their first 5 shifts and are in good-standing.
· $200 referral bonus for new clients
Following qualifications required:
A caring heart and passion for serving others
CNA license required, current with state of Minnesota
Driver's license, Reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
A minimum of high school education
Experience working with Alzheimer’s and/or Dementia is a plus
Proven competency with Delegated Nursing Tasks

Pay: $17.00 per hour
COVID-19 considerations:
We provide cloth, surgical, KN95's, Face Shields, Thermometers / alcohol wipes, gloves and strict COVID protocols.

Willingness to travel to clients homes with in 20 minutes or less of your home
