Patent Prosecution Legal Secretary
The candidate will provide support to attorneys within the IP practice group. Will help with filing deadlines, compiling patent filings/electronically, open and flag correspondence for docketing, manage pending patent files, help draft client correspondence and prepare status reports. Must have 3-7 years of experience in patent prosecution ideally within a law firm environment. Working knowledge of PTO filing procedures essential.
