Adjunct Faculty - Criminal Justice
The candidate will be expected to teach introductory courses in criminal justice, including corrections. In addition to classroom teaching responsibilities, should have a willingness to work as a team in a multi-campus environment, participate in departmental and college committees, and be active in business and community organizations as appropriate. Should have a J.D. degree and be currently licensed to practice law in Missouri with 3 years in legal practice or work in a criminal law environment or Master's degree in Criminal Justice or related field. J.D. degree with college level teaching experience, at the community college level, is preferred. Master's degree in criminal justice and 5+ years of work experience in the criminal justice field is desired. Online teaching experience and strong technical skills are a plus.
