Job Requirements
Compassionate and patient heart
1 year of experience OR education equivalent
First Aid and CPR Certification
Current TB Test
Valid Arizona Driver License or State ID
Reliable Transportation
Participate in pre-employment background check and drug test
Ability to provide three professional references
Ability to drive a client as requested is a plus (must have clean driving record)
Job Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Grooming (dressing, brushing teeth, shaving)
Hygiene (Showers, bed baths, toileting)
Mobilization (exercises, transferring, lifting 5-50lbs, walking)
Meals (feeding and cooking)
Light housekeeping
Companionship (reading, talking, playing games, crafts)
Medication reminders
Vital sign record keeping (We will train you!)
Transportation (doctor appointments, grocery shopping, entertainment)
Documentation of activities
COVID-19 considerations:
We provide all needed PPE (gloves, masks, gowns, face shields, etc) to keep both our Caregivers and Clients safe and protected.
