Frontier Business™ offers communications solutions to small, medium, and enterprise businesses.Digital Content Specialist:Frontier Communications is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to implement content updates on frontier.com, along with other online properties. This is a critical position within the growing Digital Team, and the ideal candidate will have hands-on involvement in maintaining Frontier’s content management system(s) and managing special projects across Frontier’s digital footprint.Primary Responsibilities:Implement text and visual content updates, utilizing HTML, in content management systemsWork and communicate with internal clients and external agencies to obtain all requirements, assets and approvalsAssess and revise supplied content for optimal online customer experienceProofread supplied content for layout, grammar, and spellingTest updates across multiple browser and device typesAdvise from a design/creative perspective for content structure and implementationWork with IT partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues regarding the content management systemsHelp analyze content, performance, user behavior and traffic patterns provided by web analytics toolExperience and Skills:Bachelor’s Degree preferred1-3 years relevant digital content experience; telecommunications or technology experience a plusProficient in HTML and HTML editorsExtensive, hands-on CMS experience; Sitecore 9.3 experience a plusCritical attention to detail with strong editing and proofreading skillsSolid understanding of online user behavior and digital best practicesUnderstanding of SEO best practicesFluent with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPointProficiency with image editing tools such as Photoshop a plusFluent in current accessibility and usability standardsRequired Attributes:Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and comfortable in entrepreneurial work environmentAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary and geographically dispersed environmentExtreme attention to detailTenacious in meeting deadlines, well organized, adapt at juggling multiple priorities to meet deliverable datesTeam player and relationship builder, able to effectively work cross-functionally with peers and other internal or external stakeholders to understand goals and set prioritiesFlexibility to quickly adjust to unforeseen changes in priorities and workload while remaining extremely organized and following tight deadlinesIntellectually curious and forward-thinking; interested and excited by technology
