Description

Are you an individual who has a passion for helping others while answering inbound calls? At Humana, Inbound Contacts Representatives serve as advocates for our members. They help to resolve complex questions and pending issues to ensure a perfect member experience.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

Work from home in a virtual call-center environment taking inbound calls from Humana Pharmacy members.


Multitask in a fast paced environment while navigating between multiple computer applications to access member information and document calls.
Provide a positive experience to our members through active listening skills and effective communication.
Self-manage with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards within established policies/practices and guidelines.
Handle 80 to 100 calls/day on average.
Types of calls include but are not limited to prescription refills, order status/tracking, benefit information, address and/or credit card updates, credit card payments, billing concerns, prescription cost explanations, OTC order calls.


Required Qualifications


Must reside in one of the following states: KY, IN, CO, FL, OH, TX, AZ, TN, OK or VA
Must be available to work any shift between the hours of 8:00AM - 11:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday, and 8:00AM - 6:30PM EST Saturday
Must be able to provide internet connection; a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate


Preferred Qualifications


Previous call center experience
Healthcare or pharmacy knowledge
1 year of customer service experience


Additional Information

Anticipated Start Date/Training Date Depending on Interview Schedule: October 24th, 2022.

Training will be a mix of virtual classroom and on the job virtual training and will last for up to 8 weeks.

The interview process will consist of the following steps:


Completion of Modern Hire pre-screening questions sent via text message
Modern Hire Live Video Interview (if selected, you will receive an email to self schedule your interview in Modern Hire.)
