Director of Marketing
Duties: Develop and oversee execution of the Firm’s overall marketing plan and department budget. Manage relations with external providers of services such as website, media relations, and marketing-related technologies. Collaborate with attorneys to develop individual marketing plans. Partner with New Case department to ensure experience for new clients reflects Firm brand. Develop and implement marketing plans to support emerging and growing practice areas. Track campaign effectiveness and make recommendations to senior leadership based on available data. Remain active in marketing organizations and local marketing groups with goal of creating and nurturing strong relationships and introducing new marketing strategies and tactics for use within Firm. Identify and present new programs and initiatives to senior leadership to further reach and expand Firm presence. Lead market and competitive research initiatives to influence future strategy and decision making. Lead team responsible for community sponsorships and events, PR, advertising, and branding.
