The candidate should have 1-3 years experience for 15 member South Georgia insurance defense firm. Responsibilities include: Defense litigation - primarily automobile and premises liability. Includes record review, client and witness interviews, discovery, taking depositions, research, preparing and arguing motions. Requires ability to travel (occasionally overnight). Demonstrated writing and research skills required. Excellent communication skills required. Ability to work independently required. Active Georgia Bar license required.
