West Division's Summer Internship Program is a 10-week summer internship program based out of a regional or division office within the West Division footprint. This internship program will live in a hybrid model: work from home and work from the office. The program is designed to identify high-caliber talent to build our organization with the best and the brightest students. About the Construction Team:


Manages all assigned projects to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting budgetary demands and maintenance of overall project ownership.

Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.

Develops, maintains, and manages detailed project plans, action item registers and major milestone timelines for all assigned projects.

Plans and directs schedule and budgets.

Facilitates project meetings


Are you a match? We are looking for an intern who:


Work independently in a virtual environment

Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel

Strong work discipline and accountability

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Interest in project management, construction, building science or equivalent technical studies.


What will you be working on:


Project managing Regional Construction Projects

Track and update construction milestones, production forecast, and purchase orders

Facilitate weekly project meetings

Job shadow other project managers.

Ride-a-longs with Specialists pending Covid-19 protocols


Basic Qualifications/Requirements


Graduation date between December 2023 and May 2024

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university

Authorized to work in the United States of Americaand will not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Strong interest in the technology, telecommunications,cable,and media industries

Ability to work independently and in group settings

Ability to report to assigned office post-graduation if offered and accepted a fulltime position

Must have internet access to perform work virtually

Must reside or attend school near the host office.
