Looking for an experienced cookbook editor to help wrap up a recipe book for publication.
Base content is all there (approximately 150 recipes), but the following edits are still needed:
- Ensuring that all measurements are consistent across recipes (e.g., tsp, tbsp, oz, lb, etc.)
- Separating ingredients from directions (about 10% of all recipes) and ensuring that recipe format is consistent throughout
- Editing recipe directions for clarity wherever necessary
- Ensuring that grammar and punctuation are correct and consistent throughout
