Translate my Web app to a Native iOS app
I have a mobile application (web based) that I need to put into an iOS application. I understand it needs to be written in a framework accepted by the AppStore. My web app location is: [login to view URL], username is: test, password is: test. Please review what I have before bidding. It is written on the IBM Domino (Lotus) platform, and the data resides there. Im willing to send data to/from the app for use in the app, but the security and data will stay on the Domino server. I can send data to the app via https/AJAX/ODBC/ or any other method you need (with some help from you) to complete the forms, etc. Im enclosing a basic spec document as well. If you feel I can marry my Domino data with a native iOS app, Im want to work with you. Also, in the end, I want enough engagement to be able to set up my own environment, along with some instruction and Q&A so I can figure out what is needed to maintain my source. Im flexible on costs, but I need someone willing to work with me to not only build a working replacement but also help me understand what is needed to maintain it. Im a software engineer, well versed is a lot of software, but this mobile app stuff Ive never been able to figure out all the pieces needed to be successful with my own personal apps, so they have remained web based only. After this project is off-the-ground, if this works out well, and if Im still not up-to-speed, expect to work with me on another project geared at getting me educated so I can maintain my app that you created for me. If this is agreed, please bid. Also, the initial bid is only for the analysis and evaluation. After that I will include milestones as you desire to get the job done. Consider your bid to be, at most, 25% of your total project costs. This will give me an idea of how much total you believe it will cost me to complete the project. Remember, this initial bid isnt firm, but I want to get an idea from you of what you feel the cost will be, even if the end costs go up because of unforeseen needs. Thank you.
