Program Manager
The candidate will be responsible for: Manage an SAIC Team on a program with multiple customers and stakeholders. Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance to achieve performance metrics defined in the contract. Ability to manage a geographically dispersed team conducting operations in parallel (CONUS and OCONUS locations). Effective in communications with senior management of the Air Force C-sUAS program office, technical directors, and senior executives of SAIC and subcontract partners. Knowledge of effective management strategies for various task types (FFP, CPFF and T&M). Ability to interface with SAIC Project Control staff to provide the customer with accurate cost and schedule performance information. Support business development and program staff management. Must have Bachelors and 15+ years of experience; Masters and 13+ years of experience; PhD or JD and 4+ years of experience. Specific background drone/counter drone/or air defense desired. Pilot and or System Engineer preferred. Program Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
