Data entry: Google Sheet or Google Docs

Profile

Data entry: Google Sheet or Google Docs
I need a Grocery list builder form designed either in google sheets or google docs that can be submitted or reused with changing order number. I am open for development in other platform once its easy to share with others.
The purpose of this is to capture customer data and order request and other info such as customer name, email, number, location in text and Pined Google map and the order details
The reason I am thinking of google is because of the ability to function in real time.
After the list is submitted I want the customer to see modification (price being entered) in real time as the order is being attended to.
The order specifics are Items, Brand, Description, Quantity and the last column is Price. However the price section must not be editable by customer only the person they share the list with.
At the end of the form a subtotal, Picking Fee, Delivery Fee will be combined to give final total cost.
Please let me know if this is doable or not. I am open to other suggestion to accomplish this task in simplest way.
