The candidate should have 5 + years of experience to work with pre lit team. The right candidate will have an assistant. Will manage a case load in an independent manner (no dictation), although all files have attorneys assigned for overview. Negotiation/Settlement skills preferred. Should have great organizational skills; diary/follow up on discovery due dates, etc. Must have excellent grammar and communication skills. Fully proficient in Microsoft Office/ Word/ WP/ Outlook and tech savvy required. Should be able to follow direction, as well as, work independently.
