Seeking Trusts and Estates Associate with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate should have experience drafting wills, trusts and other estate planning instruments. Also have experience in estate and gift tax planning, and familiarity with probate and trust administration. Excellent academic credentials and strong organizational, drafting and analytical skills and experience are a must. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both lawyers an non-lawyers - inside and outside the firm - are essential.
