Responsibilities
Carry and answer company cell phone
Respond to client and employee calls regarding staffing issues and changes
Perform in-home services as per PCA job description in the event a fill-in is unavailable
Perform On-the-Job Training for caregivers
Perform Supervisory visits for caregivers
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience as a Caregiver
CPR and First Aid (we will reimburse you if you take the class!)
Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening
Valid Drivers License and auto liability insurance and reliable transportation
High School Diploma, GED or transcript
If not a citizen, must show proof that you are allowed to work in the United States
