Intellectual Property Docketing Specialist
Responsibilities: Create patent and trademark records in the Anaqua practice management system. Receive and docket all incoming patent and trademark prosecution correspondence from the USPTO and foreign associates as well as all outgoing correspondence and filings. Create and manage workflows in Anaqua and monitor and enforce compliance with the workflows. Obtain a solid understanding of US and foreign patent and trademark rules. Collaborate with attorneys and assistants to expand and customize workflows for individual clients and/or practices. Generate and customize attorney and client docket reports.
