Key responsibilities include the following:

Manages the creation and delivery of Regulatory Reporting training and communications, which is a part of External Reporting. Assigned business/business partner areas are large and highly complex. Incumbent demonstrates knowledge of regulatory reporting best practices and is interested in the development of others.

Responsible for developing training material and other monthly or quarterly communications (Live and Written) gathering information and procedures, supporting analytics, and internal controls. This role will assist in delivering applicable training to Regulatory Reporting and other parties within the company.

In partnership with management, establishes the training and communication strategy for the business/business partner area and is accountable for ensuring the implementation of that strategy. Leverages complex regulatory reporting and learning and development techniques to achieve business objectives. Designs, builds and drives implementation of other responsibilities within the Training and Communication group such as the newsletter, quarterly production calendar and all hands calls. This role will support other functions within Controllers such as the Controllers Development Program and overall training responsibilities for the group at large.

Uses existing strategic relationships to influence at all levels of the organization. Liaises with internal and external learners to ensure compliance to prescribed policies. Coordinates the delivery of process documentation, training content, and will advocate continuous improvement work efforts. Acts as a coach and mentor to less experienced team members to perform effectively in their role. No direct reports. Oversees, advises and guides less experienced External Reporting Training and Communication roles and may direct their work.
','!*!A successful candidate should ideally have these qualifications:


Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
7-10 years of experience in regulatory reporting preferred.
Experience in external reporting and/or internal audit preferred.
