that want to make a difference in the world with the luxury of caring for only one person at a time! We have offices in MA, NY, NJ & CT - but are busy and looking for throughout Suffolk County
. W e have cases in Dix Hills, Huntington, Kings Park & more
and offer the flexibility of choosing from shifts ranging from 6-hour to 12-hour as well as live-in assignments.

Job Requirements
A successful candidate will have the following:
Current New York HHA Certificate
At least one year of experience
Physical exam within the past 12 months
PPD within the past 12 months or chest x-ray within 5 years
Proof of MMR Immunizations
Vehicle and a valid driver’s license
