Essential Functions:
Performs personal care activities contained in written care plans which includes but is not limited to, assisting the client with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as:
-Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair)
-Ambulation
-Eating
-Dressing
-Shaving
-Medication Reminders
-Meal Preparation
-Companionship
Job Requirements
*Requirements to be a Home Care Aide*:
-Be able to work for any employer in the US
-Current TB test (Negative or Chest Xray)
-Pass a Livescan finger print background check
-Clean DMV Check
-Must be able to read and speak English
-MUST have an active Home Care Aid (HCA) number with the CA -Home Care Registry. (If you have not already done so, you will need to register. We can walk you through the process)
Caregiving experience is a plus (willing to train the right candidates)
