Job Description:
Manage all hardware and software
Hardware: single-user and networked desktops and laptops, printers, application and network servers (potentially, currently cloud based), network switches and cabling, process control clients, SIP phones, small databases, smart phones and other technology assets
Software: Office 365, VMware, Spotfire, SQL/Oracle, and oil and gas specific software (e.g., Kingdom, Petra, ArcGIS, Aries, Enersight)
Manage and work with IT vendors
Develop and maintain IT budget
Provide help desk services to all end-users
Assist with end-user questions, issues, and training
Create user accounts, reset passwords, create groups etc.
Manage website
Manage IT policies and procedures
Build foundation for growth and assist with integrating future acquisitions
Qualifications Required:
Must have experience with networking, routing and switching
IP Technologies: VPNs, PPPOE, NAT, DHCP, DNS, SIP based VOIP
Switching: VLAN, trunking
Firewalls
Router configuration
Active directory
Windows 7/10
Service desk and/or call center experience also preferred
High school diploma or GED
Personality:

Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Wear different hats as needed (one person IT shop)
