Assessment Fulfillment Contracts Analyst
Duties: Working analyst position and requires strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include drafting subcontracts, vendor agreements, and service agreements; providing risk analysis and contract support to internal business groups; and maintenance of templates, policies, and procedures. Draft and edit service agreements and work with internal business teams through an administrative process to verify appropriate terms and approvals. Negotiate contracts with external entities or assist business leaders with negotiations, monitor the execution of the agreement, facilitate timely renewal as applicable. Analyze contract terms and communicate contractual requirements to relevant business partners. Assist in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to vendor contracting support, and provide training to internal business groups.
