What you'll do as a Business Analyst:
• Understand and analyze the organization’s business objectives and its impact on internal business partners and design actionable solutions to directly support Retail and Dotcom sales.
• Work with business partners and various stakeholders to conduct sessions eliciting high-level requirements, capture business needs and determine the business value impact for the same
• Clearly articulate and document the business requirements and make sure business, as well as other downstream applications, are in line.
• Assess the risks, gaps of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands
• Develop Business Requirement Document that entails project requirements, changes to be made along with AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios of the application
• Conduct mapping of XML and XSD files for multiple downstream systems
• Making changes to already existing XML by adding new elements as per project requirements
• Work with the business and UX teams to devise the flow of the new mobile activation application.
• Participate in JAD sessions to share the knowledge base with other application teams
• Design REST/SOAP based APIs, as per industry standards
• Update the Web Services mapping document to highlight changes required for the attainment of the project’s goals
• Engage with knowledge workers and application teams to incorporate usability and user interface needs while designing system
• Manage ongoing relationship with the business partners to drive satisfaction with IT
• Coordinate project delivery by participating in design reviews and provide walk-throughs to communicate system designs and validate the proposed solution
• Obtain key input from Engineering Managers and identify solution interdependencies
• Negotiate contracts, manage relationships and monitor vendor performance against provided SLAs
• Extract valuable information from the documents provided by the external vendors eliciting requirements

Minimum Requirements:
• 5 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in one more of the following areas, with demonstrated progression of responsibilities:
o Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience strongly preferred
o Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
o Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
o Ability to work independently and with others
o Extremely organized with strong time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• BS/BA in related field or equivalent work experience
