Please note that you will have to create a new account on the application page.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:  Currently seeking a Director of Data Insights & Analytics to develop, maintain, and collect structured and unstructured data sets for analysis and reporting.  This role will create reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business strategy and tactics.  This position will work directly with the Executive team, Strategy and other key functions to support the development of various models, executive and operational dashboards and look for strategic opportunities, using analytics, to improve business performance.Alongside the VP of Data Insights & Analytics, this role will set the strategy, vision and direction for a team responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to meet executive, operational and other business unit needs. The Director is responsible for formulating insights, articulating actionable recommendations and driving critical business decisions.________________________________________________________________QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in Retail, Supply Chain or CPG IndustryMinimum of five years' of recent experience in developing business intelligence reporting using Power BI; familiarity with Tableau preferredThree to five years in a manager level role in a Strategy, Data Analytics, COE or project management office (PMO)Prior knowledge with database queries and understanding relational data models (e.g., SQL) to ensure that data in disparate systems are accurately representedFamiliarity with statistical programming languages (R, Python), scripting languages (e.g., VBA, DAX, PowerShell)Experience in developing, maintaining, & collecting structured & unstructured data sets for analysis & reportingExperience in creating reports, projections, models, & presentations to support business strategy & tacticsEducation:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related technical fieldMaster’s degree with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences) is a plusSkills:  Generate dashboards, reports, and KPIs by understanding the vision, gathering requirements, deliver solutions, training and documentationExcellent interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain business relationshipsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively across an organization in designing and implementing solutions that yield incremental value-added solutions **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. or its subsidiary (PVH) is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
