Job Description/Requirements:Work with all new hires to ensure onboarding process is successfulEnsure all safety equipment is worn correctly and safety procedures followed.Make sure equipment is clean and the area is ****day check-in on all new employees.Fill out a weekly pulse check for the first 3 weeks.Make for a smooth transition obtaining information from the new hires and answering their questions or finding out the answers from another source.If any problems occur during the 30-60-90day check, bring this to the attention of the correct individual.Verify a successful completion of qualifying period to the supervisor and HR.Alert Floor Technicians to any untidy or unclean work spaces.Thorough understanding of and the ability to operate multiple machines.Complete weekly check-ins with all new employeesMaintain good attendanceQualifications:Prior experience in protein productionExperience as a team leaderBi-lingual a plus but not requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills EOE/Vet/Disabled
