Associate Corporate Counsel
The candidate will be generalist role supporting our business initiatives globally and could include a wide range of projects and matters such as those related to employment, export control, immigration, regulatory compliance, and privacy. Will report to firm’s Assistant General Counsel. Work directly with the Associate General Counsel to provide legal advice and risk assessment across a broad range of legal matters and corporate initiatives. Assist with firm’s implementation of corporate compliance-related initiatives, including: conducting legal research on compliance and regulatory issues; and managing implementation by business units of required compliance initiatives. Assist with developing, implementing, and improving processes and systems to increase efficiency of specific functions within the Legal Department. Support other areas as necessary.
