Contracts Analyst
The candidate will be responsible for screening transactions for special legal or regulatory risks, as well as drafting, reviewing, redlining and negotiating a wide range of third party vendor contracts. Will involve in a significant amount of multi-tasking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transactional organization. Should have J.D. Degree, paralegal and/or 2 - 3 years of experience in contracts drafting and negotiations. Must have proven ability to negotiate complex agreements. Must have knowledge of legal and regulatory issues pertaining to financial institutions. Strong analytical and communication skills is required. Excellent prioritization, analytical, risk management and effective communication skills, both verbal and written is required. Must have excellent problem solving and vendor relationship management skills. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Access, Excel or similar software.
