Administrative Program Coordinator
The candidate provides administrative support to four program directors: Media Arts, Business Studies, Homeland Security, and Paralegal. Works closely with: Adjunct faculty associated with these academic programs; The operations analyst to coordinate appropriate reports for the program directors; The records manager to ensure updated student records; The website administrator to ensure timely and accurate updates. Must have strong experience in Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Excel and Word. Should have High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of experience in an administrative support role is needed. Bachelor’s degree and Experience with Banner administrative software application is preferred.
