Our high visibility financial client deals with large transactions in the investment markets and they are looking for a SQL Server Architect with Integration Services (SSIS) and Reporting Services (SSRS). This would be a great mission critical high stakes project to add your resume. The SQL Server Database Architect needs to have 7 years in the Database Development/Administration/Architecture field and 5 years as an architect with design and optimization or doing those duties as a Database Administrator (DBA) or SQL Server Database Developer. Modeling is key and the client is in the Financial Industry so modeling must include security and high performance architecture. The environment spans both .NET and Java and any Oracle or SharePoint experience would be helpful. Additional nice to have experience or environmental information for the SQL Server Architect are SaaS, Agile, Database Security and backup and recovery tactics. This role is onsite in Brooklyn, NY with minimal travel and no remote hours and some overtime approved.
SQL Server Architect requirements:
-5 years as a SQL Server Architect or duties done as a Database Developer or Database Administrator (DBA)
-7 years in Software/Database Development industry
-SSIS/SSRS (Integration Services and Reporting Services
-T-SQL
