The Ecomm Business Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Alternate Channel businesses (Amazon, InstaCart, Google, eBay) and evolving processes to support the business needs as they grow. Along with the day-to-day operations, the Analyst is responsible for identifying future enhancements needs to fuel the growth of the Alternate Channel businesses.


Functional Support Build strong, working relationships with cross-functional partners by providing end to end business channel process and tools expertise
Work closely to develop sustainable resolution to business issues through system changes, process improvements, training, and communication
Facilitate continued growth of the business by understanding the business strategies and creating efficiencies within process to support the assortments and promotional events
Managing relationships with external vendors to ensure the customer experience is in line with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. policies and expectations
Business Channel SME Work closely with IT to assist in issue resolution, root cause, and solutions across all platforms
Requires individual to have holistic understanding of the tools even if they are not responsible for the RTB tasks; including internal BBY and external Vendor tools
Ability to understand complex system issues, prioritize escalations and communicate impact across all levels of the organization
Understand data flow between internal and external systems, as well as variations by channel and platforms
Reporting and Analysis Track and monitor data accuracy and integrity of the BBY assortment on external e-commerce sites, managing large sets of data
Track and monitor patterns in customer escalations from external business channels and drive conversations within respective teams to identify process and system enhancements to improve the customer experience
UAT Testing and Implementation Responsible for testing, documenting, and training of new functionality
Training, Documentation and SOX Audit SOX Audit Steward for external vendor portals across all Business and IT users
1:1 training with Business users; SME for external vendor portals
Documentation and sustainment of processes and Job Aids
Basic Requirements: 2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, merchandising, demand planning
2 years of strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams
2 years of advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point
Preferred Requirements: 2 years of experience working as part of cross-functional, technical project teams
Bachelor’s Degree (4 year)
Marketplace Experience (ie. Amazon, eBay, Google)
