Public Shopify app development

Public Shopify app development
I need a Shopify app built for a client. If it works well enough for them, Id like to make it a publicly available Shopify app.
Phase 1 would be to make it work for the client.
Phase 2 would be to do whats necessary to make it work in the Shopify app store.
The high-level concept is that its an app for suggesting recommended products that you can wear with a product youre viewing. For example, if youre viewing a shirt, it would recommend pants you can wear with it (that match, etc). The app would show multiple recommendations in a slider, along with a preview of the product youre currently viewing to simulate how they can be worn together.
Attached is a screenshot of a similar widget.
Components to this app:
1. Choose where to show a recommendation (specific product, all products in a collection, all products with a tag)
2. Choose products to recommend (specific product, all products in a collection, all products with a tag)
3. Choose how to match (match color or dont match color)
4. Exclude products or tags to match on
5. Exclude tags or collections to be matched
I have a more detailed spec that I can provide to final candidates.
Id prefer to run this as a fixed-bid project. If there are change requests, we can figure out a rate for those. Even a ballpark estimate is okay at this time.
I have other apps Id like to have built, so if this project is a success, there is the opportunity for future work.
