Seeking a motivated individual to help in researching real estate information.
This is a simple, straightforward task that can be done at home, at a cafe, or wherever you are.
We are flexible on schedule - work the hours you want. We do, however, expect at least 30 hours per week. This task will be judged on results - not on when you clock in and clock out.
You will be given a list of properties to find information on. The research conducted is almost entirely on a single website and simply requires inputting an address, clicking a few links and recording the information on page.
Requirements:
- An internet connection (this is web research and cant be done offline)
- Proficiency in data entry
- Proficiency in search
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, e.g. Excel or Google Sheets
- Self motivated and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Researching a list of real estate assets and recording the findings in a spreadsheet.
