General Labor – Full Time- New London, WI 54961

This position starts at $14.00 per hr. with pay increases at 6 and 9 months, along with a shift increase for second and third shift and potential for overtime. At one (1) year the base rate will be $20.85 with yearly increases. Base rate subject to change depending on job classification. We have open positions for General Labor on 3rd shift.

Position Description:

Applicants will be considered for any general labor type opening on the shift designated in the posting, such as day, evening or night shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


This position may require you to make or pack product in boxes and or onto pallets, to remove product from racks or place product on racks, in a high frequency, fast paced environment

This position may count, weigh or document product counts and or times

Perform any other work as assigned by supervisor

Perform general housekeeping duties in the department

Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF Requirements

Must perform all positions of rotation, if applicable. May use SAP if transferred/rotated


REQUIREMENTS:


Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Ability to perform basic math functions (adding, subtracting, fractions, etc.)

Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed

Must be able to reach high and low levels, frequently

Ability to flex/grip with wrist/hands occasionally (less than 5 flexion/minute)

Must be able to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level up to 40 pounds frequently

Must be able to work in extreme hot or cold temperatures in a damp environment.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
