I would like to create a cross platform application that will allow multiple users, via the app, to connect within either private or public rooms in the app for the purpose of talking to each other. Example: Person A and B both have headphones on - like in an airport or at a sporting event, both people connect to Room A in app, app then allows people to talk to each other as though they are using cellular connection. I would like the app to allow multiple users to connect in a single room as well. While Im not sure what number of users would be possible but Im hoping for 10 or more people in one room. Public rooms could be joinable by anyone with the app, while private rooms are joinable only if you have a passcode. I would like to limit the app to Bluetooth or Bluetooth and local wifi connection, not cellular or internet connected. I would like the app to have a text and attachment feature for each room as well, if possible, but not required.
