Large new car dealership is looking for a full time Payroll/HR Administrator. Pay cycle is every 2 weeks and includes hourly, salaried, commission and bonus formulas. The store is using Reynolds & Reynolds DMS and some calculations are done using Excel spreadsheets. To be hired for this position, background and experience must be in new car dealership settings. Odd things like spiffs, draws and chargebacks are common. Total staff size is approximately 200. In addition to payroll, this person will process new hire documentation, terminations, withholdings for IRS, child support, etc. plus quarterly reports, tax filings and W-2 forms. Excellent pay in the range of $41,500 to $52,000 per year plus excellent full time benefits. This critical position will require pre-employment background check and drug testing prior to hire.
