Live-in Caregiver

Profile

We are currently hiring for a live-in position for our female client who lives with her husband. Applicant must have dementia, incontinence, and hoyer lift experience.
Responsibilities:
Client requires hoyer transfers. She does not speak, and requires assistance feeding. Client does not walk, caregiver must be able to assist with transfers and be capable to handle clients weight. Safety is primary concern. Must also provide hygiene care as directed including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting, assisting with activities, feeding, meal preparation, med reminders and light housekeeping.
Assist client in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, document observed changes, report any changes to the agency supervisor
Assist client in activities, and possible errands and transportation as required.
Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards.

Job Requirements
Minimum one(1) verifiable year of experience in a direct care setting(preferred)
Licensed driver with ensured and reliable automobile
Cell phone
Clean background and able to pass drug test
Adhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentiality
