The candidate responsibilities include : Provide legal advice and counsel to various constituents around campus. Provide legal counsel to and manages legal issues for an assigned area(s) or unit(s); Provide administration and oversight to an assigned area of the legal department. Represent firm in dealing with potential buyers/sellers/vendors, drafts legal documents and works with outside counsel. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of academic affairs, human resources, healthcare, litigation and/or transactional law. reviews legal documents, drafts opinions and possibly participates in bond issues and swaps.
