The Assistant Digital Merchandising will support the Manager, Digital Merchandising to ensure a superior customer shopping experience is executed for categories of assigned responsibilities. This position will be accountable for ensuring timely and accurate production of merchandise related content and product assortments. The Assistant Digital Merchandiser will also be responsible for executing all editorial and special content setup for multiple categories of business through the direction and supervision of the Manager, Digital Merchandising.

Responsibilities:

Executes digital merchandising and content strategies as per the Manager, Digital Merchandising to drive conversion and meet sales targets
Manage item set up in PIM to get product “site ready” for roll outs; on-going PIM database management on a weekly basis
Support the team in on-going site QA and product activations
Monitor site for bugs and partner with cross functional teams to resolve site content and product related issues
Assist in content imagery management for the team
Participate in ad-hoc analysis as necessary
Shop competitors’ sites to identify trends and opportunities
Establish collaborative relationships with E-commerce team, as well as Buying, Planning, and Marketing to understand the end-to-end process of bringing product to life on the site

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Marketing or Business Administration, preferred
2-3+ years of related industry experience, preferably in e-commerce
Highly organized and can manage multiple projects with adherence to deadlines
Prior experience working in a site merchandising tool
Works comfortably in Excel and can quickly pick up database management. Adobe Analytics experience a plus
Self-motivated and confident with some decision making
Able to work independently as well as on group projects
Ability to self-manage and take initiative based on direction of the Manager, Digital Merchandising
Strong attention to detail, a must
