The candidate will provide overall support to attorneys' litigation needs. Responsibilities: Conduct research to support legal proceedings; Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents; Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes; Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; Record and store client information. Communication with judicial assistants, clients, and other attorneys or their staff to coordinate hearings/mediation/depositions; Preparation of trial binders and exhibits for both trial and depositions; Calendaring and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Must have previous experience as a paralegal, especially in the area of family law. Paralegal certification preferred. Familiarity with legal research and Westlaw. Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish preferred.
