Overview:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., the Email Marketing Associate will work on the email marketing team to drive online and in-store revenue for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. This person is responsible for deploying daily emails, helping to manage a rigorous testing agenda, executing regular A/B tests, and reporting on email performance. This position will have exposure to all aspects of email marketing and help drive the overall marketing effectiveness at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..  In addition to the email marketing channel, this position will help manage the local channel. Expertise in email marketing at an eCommerce or retail company, with a demonstrated passion for the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. brand, is preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

*Set-up and deploy email campaigns for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. business *Run and maintain **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. email performance results *Prepare ad hoc analyses and deep dives on emails and audiences *QA and approve all email campaigns to ensure creative content, links, and copy are all correct  *Utilize Omniture to report on email campaigns as well as site metrics  *Partner closely with Project Management, Site Operations, Planning, and Customer Insights team on email strategy  *Elevate our email program with deeper levels of segmentation, targeting, and personalization *Assist with monthly budget management, reconciliations, and processing of invoices
 

Qualifications:

*1-2 years of related experience in email marketing *Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel *Experience with Responsys ESP *Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Omniture a plus *Very strong communication and team-working skills  *High level of organization coupled with attention to detail  *Interest in learning about marketing financials *Self-starter who exhibits curiosity  *Ability to prioritize multiple objectives within a fast-paced, changing environment *Aptitude to think strategically but act tactically *Confidence in project management and presentation skills
